At The Pawfect Story, we strive to ensure that your pet’s essentials reach you safely, smoothly, and right on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with us and is designed to give you complete clarity on how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing
All orders are processed promptly and are usually dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email (and WhatsApp where applicable). After dispatch, tracking details will be shared.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines may vary depending on fulfilment location. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages for faster delivery.
Delhi NCR & Mumbai: 1–2 working days
Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 2–4 working days
Other Locations: 5–8 working days
Note: Timelines exclude weekends/public holidays and may vary due to logistics or weather.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹749: ₹75 shipping fee
- Orders ₹749 and above: Free shipping
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp. Use it to track your order in real time.
Delivery & Receipt
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
If delivery fails, the courier will reattempt or hold the package at a nearby facility.
Shipping Restrictions & Address Guidelines
We currently deliver across India only.
Please ensure correct address details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact support within 24 hours with original packaging.
Cancellations & Modifications
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible but returns can be initiated.
